This is an opportunity to recruit the 1% of AI for the world's leading DeepTechs.

Before R2R, I was an agency recruiter for 4 years in the Tech space, targeting Robotics & Autonomous Systems. I was personally excited by the sale of this business, so I believe anyone in this market would be too.

You’ll be stepping into a role where they are exclusively retained by the creme de la creme of the DeepTech world! Examples include: a startup in LLM/TTS valued at over $3 billion, and an AI App-Builder that grew from $0 to $30 million ARR in under 120 days, among others.

This will be a 360-degree position, but their main challenge is not having enough staff to handle the workload. They seek top recruiters to connect directly with the world's most impressive DeepTech companies to place the TOP 1% talent across Robotics, Computer Vision, GenAI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, and related fields.

Role logistics:

• Ideally 2 days in their Canary Wharf office (could be 1 depending on individual).
• Strong base salary (DOE).
• No threshold or desk fee.
• Commissions start at 25% flat and tier up to 55%. The earning potential is significant, with average fees of £40K-£60K, and the highest on record reaching £240K!
