Senior / Principal Recruiter - AI

With prior experience in agency recruitment within the Tech sector, especially Robotics & Autonomous Systems, you'll find this opportunity exciting.

You will work with clients who are exclusively retained by the agency, including companies like:

• LLM/TTS startup valued at over $3 billion
• AI App-Builder achieving $30 million ARR in under 120 days

The role is predominantly a 360 recruitment position, focusing on placing top talent in Robotics, Computer Vision, GenAI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Reinforcement Learning sectors.

Role logistics include:

• Typically 2 days in the Canary Wharf office (flexible to 1 day)
• Strong base salary (discussed DOE)
• No threshold or desk fee
• Commission starting at 25%, increasing up to 55%
