This is an opportunity to recruit the 1% of AI talent for the world's leading DeepTech companies.

Join an incredible agency with one of the most impressive global client bases in the DeepTech, AI & Hedge Fund landscape.

Before R2R, I was an agency recruiter for 4 years in the Tech space, focusing on Robotics & Autonomous Systems. Even I was excited by the sale of this business, so I believe anyone operating in this market would be too.

You’ll be stepping into a role where they are exclusively retained by the creme de la creme of the DeepTech world! Examples include:

• LLM/TTS, partnered since 5 months old, now worth >$3 billion
• AI App-Builder, grew from $0 to $30 million ARR in under 120 days

Although this will be a 360-degree position, their main challenge is not having enough staff to handle the volume of jobs. They are looking for top recruiters to connect directly with the world's most impressive DeepTech companies to place the TOP 1% talent in areas such as Robotics, Computer Vision, GenAI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, and more.

Now, let's discuss the logistics of the role:

• Ideally 2 days in their Canary Wharf office (could be 1 day depending on the individual)
• Strong base salary (discussed based on experience)
• No threshold or desk fee
• Commission starts at 25% and tiers up to 55%. The earning potential is significant, with average fees of £40K-£60K, and the highest on record at £240K!
