Job summary

Metaview is hiring its first Implementation Specialist to own the onboarding experience for customers. You will run configurations, train users, and ensure a smooth live rollout across Metaview agents chosen by each client.

The role combines project management, product fluency, and hands-on training to drive adoption and measurable ROI. You'll work closely with customers to tailor setups and share reusable assets for future implementations.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience, especially handling multiple implementations.
• Strong product fluency and ability to configure AI-driven workflows.
• Experience in training and driving behavioural change in users.
• Hospitality mindset focused on tailoring customer experiences.
• Systems thinking to create reusable onboarding assets.
• Metaview experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run the implementations for our most strategic customers: plan, set up, keep on track, and communicate next steps.
• Build each customer's Metaview version with prompts, context, ATS connections, and templates.
• Run trainings: end-user sessions, onboarding, and tutorials.
• Monitor adoption and provide targeted training or config changes.
• Create reusable assets from implementations for future use.
