Metaview is seeking an AI-native builder to accelerate how teams work by embedding AI-enabled workflows across Sales, CS, Marketing, Ops and Talent. You will identify high-leverage processes and ship AI-native solutions that scale with the business goals.

Reporting to the co-founders, you’ll set the standard for AI adoption, decide what to build in-house vs. buy, and drive leverage through automation, agents, and analytics to speed up decision making and outcomes.

Aufgaben

• Identify the highest-leverage workflows across non-engineering teams and ship AI-native solutions that permanently change how the team operates.
• Set the bar for AI-native operating across the company: what good looks like, what tools to use, and what every team should expect from their own workflows in six months.
• Aggressively devise ways to use AI to create leverage within our top priority objectives, then turn learnings into reusable patterns.
• Decide what to build in-house vs. what to buy.
