Job summary

Metaview is an AI company focused on recruiting, redefining how teams hire with speed and precision. We’re seeking a hybrid London-based professional to own a book of customers end-to-end, onboarding, and enablement, while shaping how clients hire with our AI agents and workflows.

You’ll run sessions, provide strategic recommendations, and collaborate with product to deliver value at scale across multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years post-academics in consulting, Customer-Success, advisory, ops, growth, GTM, analyst, or related product-adjacent roles at software/AI companies
• Appetite for the commercial side; ability to work near revenue/targets
• Genuine hands-on AI engagement; shipped projects or AI-native experience counts
• Strong academic record or demonstrable extracurricular excellence
• Experience guiding customers/stakeholders through onboarding, rollout, or change
• Ability to run sessions with experienced operators and influence outcomes
• Real product instinct and deep knowledge of at least one tool or platform
• Structured, data-driven execution with focus on outcomes and impact
• Clear, fast writing for Slack/email communication
• Curiosity about hiring as a craft and customer-centric approach
• Brand alignment: intelligent, low-BS, authentic, customer-oriented
• Ability to work in a hybrid model from our London office

Responsibilities

• Own retention and growth on your book (GRR/NRR) and manage renewals/expansion conversations
• Onboard customers well, drive value quickly, maintain close relationships through the lifecycle
• Run sessions, provide recommendations, shape hiring and use of our agents
• Develop deep product knowledge; understand where it bends and what's coming
• Build with AI: automations, agents, internal tools to remove admin work
• Analyze usage data personally, spot risk and expansion signals early
• Close feedback loops with Product to surface friction and drive improvements
