Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of 2,000+ accounts, driving activation, retention and expansion.
• Design timebound, high-impact human touchpoints at key moments.
• Build and run an AI-driven, 1:many communications engine.
• Experiment with AI and automation to ship quickly with less engineering.
• Partner with product, marketing, and CS leadership to sharpen engagement.
