Job summary

IFS is recruiting a GTM leader for AI optimisation, driving the global strategy across PSO, MSO and WISE. You will align product, sales, marketing and customer success to craft a unified proposition and accelerate pipeline growth.

You will shape monetisation, develop repeatable GTM motions, and lead cross-functional efforts with senior leadership to win large strategic opportunities. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or technology organisations in Go-to-Market, Product Marketing, Sales Strategy or related roles.
• Experience developing and executing global GTM strategies for enterprise software products across multiple products or a portfolio.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles and influencing strategic customer opportunities.
• Knowledge of optimisation, scheduling or planning technologies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own global GTM strategy for the Optimisation portfolio (PSO, MSO, WISE), aligning Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Partners.
• Define the common theme and narrative connecting PSO, MSO, and WISE as a single proposition.
• Shape roadmap priorities, packaging, and monetisation based on market and customer feedback.
• Develop repeatable GTM motions to accelerate market penetration and revenue growth.
• Define, launch and optimise sales plays and campaigns for PSO, MSO and WISE.
• Support strategic opportunities and cross-functional collaboration to improve deal quality and win rates.
