Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Partner Solution Engineer for the Partner Design Studio to define AI-ready reference architectures and design standards for partner solutions on the Now Platform. You will lead AI-first workshops and translate partner ideas into validated blueprints, acting as a forward-deployed technical authority.

You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to align partner innovations with ServiceNow's AI strategy, publish reusable patterns, and mentor partner teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in solution architecture or similar roles.
• Experience with technology partners at partner or OEM level.
• Strong grasp of cloud platform architecture including SaaS, PaaS, automation and multi-tenancy.

Responsibilities

• Define reference architectures, design standards and validated patterns for AI-infused ServiceNow solutions.
• Lead AI-first design workshops and translate partner ideas into actionable blueprints.
• Provide expert architecture guidance ensuring partner solutions meet quality, performance and security standards.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align partner innovations with the AI strategy.
• Capture and publish repeatable patterns to scale partner innovation across the ecosystem.
• Mentor partner design teams and support go-to-market strategies within AI-enhanced capabilities.
