Job summary

Now Resourcing partners with a fast-growing enterprise AI and automation consultancy to recruit a Forward Deployed AI Engineer who will work directly with customers deploying agentic AI workflows and intelligent automation across enterprise ecosystems, including ServiceNow.

This hands-on, client-facing role sits at the intersection of full-stack development, AI implementation and solution delivery, turning business problems into AI-driven solutions and helping shape our client's AI platform.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in software engineering, systems integration or automation, ideally with client-facing delivery experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM technologies or AI-powered applications.
• Comfortable working across AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Confident communicating technical trade-offs to engineers and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deploying and configuring agentic AI workflows and automations in live client environments.
• Building demos, prototypes and PoCs to validate AI-driven use cases with customers.
• Developing integrations between ServiceNow, enterprise systems, APIs and AI services.
• Working alongside consultants, product teams and AI/ML engineers to translate customer needs into deployable solutions.
• Feeding real-world learnings back into our clients' reusable AI accelerators and solution packs.

We're working exclusively with a fast-growing enterprise AI and automation consultancy to find a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to work directly with customers deploying agentic AI workflows and intelligent automation across enterprise ecosystems, including ServiceNow.

This is a hands-on, client-facing engineering role. You'll sit at the intersection of full-stack development, AI implementation, and solution delivery, turning real business problems into working AI-driven solutions and helping shape our client's growing AI platform and IP.

With a major AI partnership expanding what's possible, this role isn't limited to ServiceNow-only environments. ServiceNow experience is a strong plus, not a hard requirement.

What you'll be doing -

• Deploying and configuring agentic AI workflows and automations in live client environments
