Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Partner Solution Engineer for the Partner Design Studio to shape AI-infused solutions on the Now Platform. You will define reference architectures, design standards, and reusable patterns that partners translate into real-world deployments.

Lead AI-first design workshops, validate blueprints, and mentor partner teams while aligning innovations with product priorities. Travel up to 25% and contribute to a thriving partner ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in solution architecture or related roles.
• Experience with technology partners and solution design.
• Strong cloud platform architecture knowledge (SaaS, PaaS, multi-tenancy).
• Ability to guide partners through complex designs and business strategy.
• Knowledge of AI technologies and design thinking.
• Excellent communication at CxO level.

Responsibilities

• Define reference architectures and validated patterns for AI-infused ServiceNow solutions.
• Lead AI-native reference patterns and set solution standards on the Now Platform.
• Apply an AI-first mindset in partner engagements and solution architecture.
• Translate partner ideas into actionable blueprints and MVP specifications.
• Drive conversations on market positioning and opportunities with partners.
• Provide expert architecture and AI readiness guidance.
• Conduct deep architectural reviews for complex multi-product integrations.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align innovations with AI strategy.
• Capture, document, and publish repeatable patterns and reference architectures.
• Mentor partner design teams and support go-to-market strategies.
