Company X is growing fast, winning serious enterprise work, and building an in-house AI capability that moves quicker than the competition. And as we end 2025 on a high, and with projects ready to go in 2026, we're looking for an AI Engineer to join the team.

What you’ll be building

• AI-driven workflows and products on behalf so blue chip UK & Global companies.
• LLM orchestration, agent frameworks, and conversational systems that actually run in production.
• End-to-end solutions, from scrappy prototype to enterprise-grade delivery
• An internal AI capability that stays inside the business, not lost to vendors

Who we’re looking for

• Experience in AI engineering, automation, workflow engineering, or software development, with real projects shipped to production
• Hands‑on experience building AI‑powered products, not just prototypes, from orchestration to deployment
• Strong exposure to LLMs such as Claude, GPT‑4 / 4.1, Gemini, or open‑source models
• Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks and agent‑based systems (e.g. LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, custom agent frameworks)
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, tool calling, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), and multi‑agent workflows
• Experience integrating AI into real systems, APIs, event‑driven architectures, data pipelines, and automation platforms (e.g. UiPath, Blue Prism)
• Comfortable experimenting with new models, SDKs, and platforms, and evaluating what’s production‑ready vs hype
