Job summary

Dräger is seeking a Requirements Engineer in the UK to shape and manage the requirements process across product development and lifecycle activities. You will ensure customer, regulatory, business, and technical requirements are captured, traced, and maintained, with a focus on AI-enabled practices and MBSE to improve quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree and experience in systems engineering or software engineering fields.
• Experience in requirements engineering within complex product development environments.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled engineering processes.
• Proficiency with requirements management tools (e.g., IBM DOORS, Polarion, Jama).
• 5+ years in product development or systems engineering environments.

Responsibilities

• Capture and analyse stakeholder, customer, business, regulatory, and technical requirements.
• Create and maintain Product and Technical System Requirements and lower-level subsystem requirements.
• Ensure requirements are complete, clear, testable, measurable, and traceable.
• Drive MBSE and digital engineering initiatives across projects.
• Lead AI-assisted methods for requirement generation, review, and traceability.
