Job summary

Copado in London is seeking a Testing Sales Engineer to be a trusted technical advisor and strategic partner to Account Executives and prospects throughout the sales cycle. You will translate complex AI, DevOps, and AgentOps concepts into compelling, value-driven presentations and narratives, ensuring customers grasp how Copado can transform their software delivery.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in software/IT services.
Deep knowledge of test automation and SDLC.
Experience with Selenium, Playwright, Robot Framework and Cypress.
Strong sales and solution-selling abilities.
Excellent storytelling and presentation skills.
Ability to build trust with customers and teams.

Responsibilities

Deliver compelling product demos focused on test automation ROI.
Partner with Account Executives on enterprise opportunities in the EMEA region.
Design tailored demos and architecture presentations that showcase Copado's Agentia usage.
Lead workshops, POVs, and trials that prove rapid, quantifiable ROI for customers and prospects.
Respond to RFx requests and manage bid processes with a focus on Copado’s AgentOps value proposition.
Architect solutions addressing customer-specific challenges and pain points.
Support Copado's partner ecosystem to position and demonstrate Agentia.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Support, and Services to drive customer success and upsell opportunities.
Represent Copado at field events, industry conferences, and customer briefings across the region.
Contribute to sales strategy and build lasting relationships with key technical customer stakeholders.
