Job summary

Hook is seeking a Technical Implementation Consultant to own the full implementation lifecycle from kickoff to go-live, guiding customers through onboarding and ensuring teams deliver to the highest standard. You’ll shape datasets for predictive modeling and work with our data science team to optimize model performance and insights.

In this role you’ll also drive on-time project delivery, support pre-sales engagements, and collaborate closely with engineering to clean and analyze customer data

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills with complex joins, subqueries, window functions and aggregations.
• Experience in data consulting, implementation, or customer engineering in a data-driven SaaS company.
• Ability to translate technical detail into clear insights for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the full implementation lifecycle from kickoff to go-live.
• Act as a technical consultant to map customer goals and deliver Hook configurations.
• Shape the data powering Hook’s ML models in collaboration with the data science team.
• Run projects with discipline to meet 28-day timelines.
• Provide guidance on Hook features for renewals, time management, and automation.
• Collaborate with engineering to query, clean, and analyze customer datasets.
• Support pre-sales engagements demonstrating Hook’s technical capabilities.
