Hook is building the future of customer growth. As a Technical Implementation Consultant, you’ll lead the full implementation lifecycle from kickoff to go-live, onboarding teams, and delivering high-impact go-lives that set the tone for ongoing value with Hook.

You’ll translate client goals into concrete configurations, shape data for ML models with our data science team, and collaborate with engineering to ensure clean datasets.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills with complex joins, subqueries, window functions, and aggregations.
• Experience translating technical detail into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Background in data consulting, implementation, or customer engineering at a data-driven SaaS.
• Curiosity about data, AI, ML, and cloud platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously within tight timelines.
• Attention to detail when handling complex datasets.

Responsibilities

• Own the full implementation lifecycle from kickoff to go-live, guiding onboarding and ensuring high delivery standards.
• Act as a technical consultant, map success criteria, and configure Hook to maximize business value.
• Shape data powering Hook’s ML models, collaborating with data science to ensure model performance.
• Run projects with strong organization and prioritization to keep implementations on track.
• Meet 28-day implementation timelines balancing speed and quality.
• Provide guidance on renewal forecasting, time management, and process automation.
• Collaborate with engineering to query, clean, and analyze customer data with SQL, identifying blockers early.
• Capture feedback and work with product teams to shape Hook’s roadmap.
• Support pre-sales engagements demonstrating Hook’s technical capabilities.
