Job summary

Hook is seeking a Technical Implementation Consultant in the UK to own end-to-end implementations from kickoff to go-live. You’ll translate customer goals into Hook configurations and work with our data science team to ensure models deliver business value.

Strong SQL skills and customer-facing experience are essential. This hybrid role offers base £60k–£75k plus OTE, with optional Liverpool Street office and flexible remote work.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills with complex joins, subqueries, window functions and aggregations.
• Experience translating technical detail into clear insights for stakeholders.
• Background in data consulting or customer engineering at a data-driven SaaS company.

Responsibilities

• Own the full implementation lifecycle from kickoff to go-live for Hook.
• Act as a technical consultant, mapping goals to Hook configurations and value.
• Collaborate with data science to shape datasets for predictive models.
• Run projects with precision, meeting 28-day timelines and staying organised.
• Provide guidance on renewal forecasting, time management and automation.
