Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Tax Engineer to shape a new category of AI-enabled tax workflows. You will work with tax teams in professional services firms and in-house tax teams to design, configure and launch scalable AI-driven processes that improve efficiency and consistency.

The role requires deep tax knowledge, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate complex tax workflows into practical technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Professional tax qualification required (CTA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent).
• 3+ years post-qualification experience in Big Four or leading firm or in-house tax team.
• Experience with customers or senior stakeholders to drive adoption or change.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and expansion of AI-enabled tax workflows across customer organisations.
• Own customer workflow adoption against defined targets (activation, deployment, usage).
• Lead workflow discovery and design sessions with customers; analyze tax processes and pain points.
• Work with Customer Success and Account Management to identify priority accounts and build adoption plans.
• Use data to identify adoption barriers and opportunities; engage across teams to maximize value.
• Design, configure, test and deploy AI-enabled workflows and skills for day-to-day tax work.
• Lead customer and executive conversations to demonstrate value and momentum.
• Translate customer feedback into insights for Product and Development teams.
• Share best practices and reusable workflow patterns across customers.
