Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional, part of RELX, is seeking a Tax Engineer to shape AI-enabled tax workflows for professional services and in-house tax teams in the UK. You will collaborate with Tax Partners, Directors and firm owners, translating complex tax work into scalable technology.

You will build trusted relationships, design and launch workflows, and partner with Tolley Product Development to create value-driven solutions across tax disciplines. Flexible hours supported.

Qualifications

• Professional tax or accounting qualification with 3+ years post-qualification experience.
• Deep understanding of tax processes and related workflows.
• Experience working with customers or senior stakeholders to drive adoption.
• Strong consulting, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate business problems into practical workflow solutions using AI.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and expansion of customer workflows across organisations.
• Own customer workflow adoption against defined targets and usage.
• Lead workflow discovery sessions and analyze tax processes.
• Develop priority account plans with Customer Success and Account Management.
• Use data to identify adoption barriers and improvement opportunities.
• Design, configure, test and deploy AI-enabled workflows and skills.
• Lead conversations with customers and executives to demonstrate value.
• Translate feedback into actionable insights for Product and Development teams.
• Share best practices and reusable workflow patterns across teams.
