Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional seeks a Legal Engineer to join the team at the intersection of law, technology and AI. You will lead workflow discovery, design AI-enabled solutions and help law firms and in-house teams transform how legal work is delivered through practical technology.

You will work with Partners, General Counsel, Knowledge Management and Tech teams to solve business challenges, drive adoption, and deliver measurable value in efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 3+ years’ PQE.
• Experience applying legal expertise to technology-enabled workflows.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with senior legal professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to map current legal workflows and identify AI-enabled improvement opportunities.
• Design, configure and deploy AI-enabled workflows that align with client processes.
• Deliver onboarding and adoption sessions for diverse user groups and practice areas.
