Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Tax Engineer to shape AI-enabled tax workflows and drive adoption across professional services firms and in-house tax teams. The role requires deep tax knowledge and strong client-facing skills to translate complex processes into scalable technology solutions.

You will collaborate with Tolley Product Development and Tax teams to deliver measurable value and continuous improvement across engagements.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification in tax or accountancy (CTA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent).
• Deep understanding of tax processes and workflows across disciplines, with ability to identify where technology and AI-enabled workflows can help.
• Experience working directly with customers or senior stakeholders to drive engagement and change, up to Partner/Head of Tax level.

Responsibilities

• Drive workflow adoption across customer organisations and meet defined targets.
• Lead workflow discovery and design sessions with customers.
• Analyse tax processes to identify pain points and opportunities for AI-enabled workflows.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Account Management on adoption plans.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for Product and Development teams.
• Capture and share best practices and reusable workflow patterns.
