Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Tax Engineer to shape AI-enabled tax workflows and drive adoption across professional services firms and in-house tax teams. The role requires deep tax knowledge and strong client-facing skills to translate complex processes into scalable technology solutions.

You will collaborate with Tolley Product Development and Tax teams to deliver measurable value and continuous improvement across engagements.

Qualifications

Professional qualification in tax or accountancy (CTA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent).
Deep understanding of tax processes and workflows across disciplines, with ability to identify where technology and AI-enabled workflows can help.
Experience working directly with customers or senior stakeholders to drive engagement and change, up to Partner/Head of Tax level.

Responsibilities

Drive workflow adoption across customer organisations and meet defined targets.
Lead workflow discovery and design sessions with customers.
Analyse tax processes to identify pain points and opportunities for AI-enabled workflows.
Collaborate with Customer Success and Account Management on adoption plans.
Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for Product and Development teams.
Capture and share best practices and reusable workflow patterns.
