Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional seeks a Tax Engineer to design, configure and launch AI-enabled workflows within Tolley+ Protégé, partnering with tax teams in professional services firms and in-house organisations. You will translate feedback into actionable insights and drive adoption across multiple tax disciplines, from practitioners to partners and firm owners.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience working with customers or senior stakeholders to drive engagement, adoption or change.
• Strong consulting, facilitation and presentation skills for stakeholder conversations.
• Outbound to defined adoption targets, using data to identify opportunities and drive outcomes.
• Aptitude for tax technology, AI and workflow transformation with practical experience in configuring AI-enabled workflows.
• Excellent relationship-building and change-management capabilities to embed new ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Drive awareness, adoption and expansion of custom workflows across customer organisations, securing senior sponsorship.
• Own customer workflow adoption for identified workflows, targeting engagement, activation and ongoing usage.
• Lead workflow discovery and design sessions, analyzing tax processes to identify pain points and where AI can help.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Account Management to target priority accounts and plan adoption.
• Use data to identify adoption barriers and opportunities, informing product and development teams.
• Design, test and deploy AI-enabled workflows and skills for day-to-day tax work.
• Lead customer and executive conversations to demonstrate value and momentum.
