Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional, Tolley, seeks a Tax Engineer to design and deploy AI-enabled tax workflows for professional services firms and in-house tax teams. You will drive adoption, partner with success and product teams, and translate complex tax processes into practical automation.

You will work with senior stakeholders, deliver measurable value, and help scale Tolley+ Protégé workflows across multiple clients and tax disciplines.

Qualifications

• Tax technology and AI-enabled workflow experience.
• Ability to translate tax problems into practical AI workflows.
• Demonstrable engagement with senior tax stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of AI-enabled tax workflows across customer organisations.
• Lead discovery, design and deployment of workflows with customers.
• Coordinate with Customer Success, Account Management and product teams.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable product insights.
• Present value and progress to Partners and Tax Directors.
• Capture best practices and reusable workflow patterns.
