Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional, part of RELX, is seeking a Tax Engineer to shape a new category of AI-enabled tax work. You will work with tax teams in professional services firms and in-house tax departments to design and launch scalable workflows.

The role requires deep tax knowledge, strong client-facing skills and the ability to translate complex tax problems into practical technology using the Tolley platform. A collaborative culture and flexible working options are offered.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification in tax or accountancy (e.g. CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with 3+ years' post‑qualification experience.
• Deep understanding of tax processes and workflows across one or more tax disciplines.
• Experience working with customers or senior stakeholders to drive engagement or change.
• Strong consulting, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Commercially oriented with ability to meet adoption/usage targets.
• Aptitude for tax technology, AI and workflow transformation with AI-enabled tools.
• Excellent relationship-building and change-management abilities.
• Collaborative, continuous-improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive awareness, adoption and expansion of custom workflows across customers.
• Own customer workflow adoption against defined targets.
• Lead workflow discovery and design sessions with customers.
• Coordinate with CS and AM to identify priority accounts.
• Use workflow activation, deployment and usage data to identify adoption barriers.
• Design, configure, test and deploy AI-enabled workflows and skills.
• Lead customer and executive conversations to demonstrate value.
• Translate feedback into actionable insights for Product and Development teams.
• Share best practices and reusable workflows across teams.
