Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Tax Engineer to help shape a new category of AI-enabled tax workflows. The role combines deep tax knowledge with customer engagement to turn complex processes into scalable technology.

You will collaborate with tax teams in firms and in-house organisations to design, deploy AI-enabled workflows and translate feedback into practical product improvements across Tolley+ Protégé.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification in tax or accountancy (CTA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with post-qualification experience
• Deep understanding of tax processes and workflows across one or more tax disciplines
• Experience working with customers or senior stakeholders to drive engagement, adoption or change
• Strong consulting, facilitation and presentation skills to lead customer conversations
• Ability to translate feedback into actionable product insights for development teams

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and expansion of AI-enabled tax workflows across customer organisations
• Own customer workflow adoption against defined targets and KPIs
• Lead workflow discovery and design sessions with customers and identify points where AI can improve tax work
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Account Management to prioritise accounts
• Design, configure, test and deploy AI-enabled workflows and skills
