Job summary

Stripe is seeking a senior strategy and operations leader to drive annual plans and OKRs in collaboration with the CMO and marketing leadership. You will define metrics, lead automated reporting, and coordinate cross-functional programs across Marketing, Self-serve, Startup and Sales Development.

You will work with senior leaders to navigate complex problems, distill insights from data, and implement scalable processes that accelerate Stripe’s growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in consulting, strategy and operations, business operations, product strategy, or similar roles.
• Experience spanning strategy, analysis and operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Critical and first-principles thinking with the ability to zoom out to the most important questions.
• Passion for digging deep into data to diagnose business issues and solve problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to speak to leaders across teams.
• Ability to execute with minimal guidance amid ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Drive annual strategic and operating plans with leadership to define must-wins and allocate resources.
• Define critical OKRs with transparent, data-driven accountability.
• Quarterback agile, automated reporting to manage OKRs.
• Run core business rhythms for leadership focus and strategic priorities.
• Lead marketing content for monthly/quarterly business reviews in partnership with Finance and GTM.
• Use data to tell clear stories and align on wins and focus areas.
• Leverage an AI-first approach to automate marketing reporting.
• Scope and lead strategic programs to solve high-impact problems.
• Bring clarity to ambiguity, distill insights, and empower teams to decide.
• Drive analysis to inform Stripe’s long-term strategy and scaling initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across the company and cross-functional partners.
