Responsibilities

• Own the vision and multi-year roadmap for AI-powered financial crimes controls and related UI/API surfaces.
• Build core infrastructure underpinning Stripe's product suite.
• Develop investigator tools for accurate case reviews using AI and human expertise.
• Drive cross-functional execution with engineering, operations, design, data science, GTM, legal and product teams.
• Define and own success metrics; manage trade-offs and prioritization with rigor.
• Align leadership by synthesizing input and communicating a clear point of view to peers and executives.
• Monitor external landscape including regulatory trends and emerging tech to inform strategy.
