Stripe is seeking a Senior Staff Product Manager for Risk to lead cross‑functional initiatives that reshape how Stripe and its users manage risk. You will partner with Risk and Stripe leadership to drive data and AI-powered risk decisions, align multi-year strategy, and coach other PMs across the organization.

• Track record of identifying and delivering high-impact, transformational product or technical initiatives that span multiple teams and organizations.
• Ability to bring clarity to deeply ambiguous problems, set a compelling direction, and drive work through execution and adoption.
• Strong technical judgment across data, machine learning, AI, APIs, platforms, and system architecture.
• Experience partnering with senior engineering, data science, and product leaders to shape technical direction and product strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Identify high-leverage problems that cut across teams and establish measurable outcomes.
• Lead major cross-Risk and cross-Stripe initiatives from shaping through delivery and adoption.
• Lead changes to Risk's approach to data and AI to identify and mitigate risk at scale.
