Qualifications

• Proven Python production-grade experience.
• Applied predictive modelling or advanced analytics methods.
• Self-starter, autonomous with high accountability.
• Experience experimenting with new approaches/techniques.

Responsibilities

• Learn the hx modelling platform and ship models quickly.
• Build/maintain models in Python for integration.
• Collaborate with actuarial teams, partner developers and internal colleagues.
• Contribute to best-practice guidance for Python model building.
• Review and test models as part of QA processes.
• Support development of training materials and docs.
• continuously improve model development standards.
