Job summary

Jobtailor in London seeks a seasoned Technical Solutions Architect to translate prospect requirements into integration strategies for enterprise software. You will run discovery workshops with underwriters, actuaries, IT stakeholders, and guide teams through RFPs, RFIs, and security reviews.

As Customer Zero with Product Engineering, you’ll test features, shape reference architectures, and deliver tailored PoCs and demos for the hx agentic platform, while building reusable libraries and assets

Qualifications

• Led technical solution design and integration for complex B2B software opportunities.
• Experience in data-heavy domains like insurance or financial services.
• Navigate RFP/RFI processes, due diligence, and technical Q&A to win.
• Designed solution architectures using APIs, event-driven patterns, IAM.
• Delivered tailored Proofs of Concept driving wins.
• Collaborated with Sales using structured methodologies.
• Created technical assets like playbooks and reference diagrams.
• Comfortable using AI tools for documentation and analysis.
• Willing to work 2–3 days in hybrid office; UK right to work.

Responsibilities

• Translate prospect requirements into integration approaches.
• Run technical discovery and design workshops with underwriters, actuaries, IT stakeholders
• Guide stakeholders through RFPs, RFIs, due diligence, and security reviews
• Design, build, and present POVs, Proofs of Concept, and demos for hx agentic platform
• Partner with Product Engineering as Customer Zero to test features, identify edge cases, and improve product quality
• Create and maintain reusable integration libraries, reference architectures, demo environments, and technical presentations
• Partner with Sales and Product Engineering as a trusted technical advisor
• Help customers realise the value of hx's agentic underwriting platform

Job description

• Accelerate the Tech Win by translating prospect requirements and legacy constraints into actionable integration approaches
• Run technical discovery and design workshops with underwriters, actuaries, and IT stakeholders
• Guide stakeholders through RFPs, RFIs, due diligence, and security reviews
• Design, build, and present POV materials, Proofs of Concept, and demos for the hx agentic platform
• Partner with Product Engineering as Customer Zero to test features, identify edge cases, and improve product quality
• Create and maintain reusable integration libraries, reference architectures, demo environments, and technical presentations
• Partner with Sales and Product Engineering as a trusted technical advisor

Requirements

• Led technical solution design and integration for complex B2B or enterprise software opportunities
• Experience ideally in data-heavy domains such as insurance, financial services, or adjacent regulated industries
• Run technical evaluations and POVs with multiple stakeholder groups, including business, IT, and security
• Experience navigating RFP/RFI processes, due diligence, and technical Q&A to a clear Tech Win
• Designed, documented, and positioned solution architectures using patterns such as APIs, event-driven integrations, and identity and access management
• Built and delivered tailored Proofs of Concept or Proofs of Value contributing to winning or expanding high-value accounts
• Collaborated closely with Sales teams using structured sales methodologies
• Contributed to shared technical assets and standards, including playbooks, reference diagrams, and demo environments
• Uses AI tools naturally in technical and delivery work, including documentation, troubleshooting, and first-pass analysis
• Comfortable with ambiguity, evolving requirements, messy legacy environments, high visibility, and cross-functional commercial/product work
• Willing and able to work from the office 2-3 days per week in a hybrid model
• Full right to work in the UK
