Job summary

Sapiens is seeking a Lead Business Value Delivery Architect / Lead Solution Architect to drive client-focused insurance solutions from sales through delivery to SaaS and AI platform migration. You will own the solution end to end and frame outcomes over a checklist.

This role sits between presales and delivery across P&C, Life, and future Reinsurance, with emphasis on non-functional and operational requirements and cross-functional stakeholder alignment. Hybrid working in London or Cardiff.

Qualifications

• Experience designing or leading solution design in complex insurance implementations.
• Ability to speak credibly to both a head of claims and an engineer across P&C, Life and Reinsurance.
• Strong on non-functional and operational requirements: performance, scale, security, integration.

Responsibilities

• Own the professional and content thread of the solution end to end across four connected areas of impact.
• Frame the solution around business outcomes, not a checklist of requirements.
• Document and defend the definition of done with the client and delivery teams.
• Ensure non-functional and operational requirements are surfaced and designed up front.
• Support migration and SaaS/AI platform initiatives with a clear value narrative.
