Job summary

Sapiens is seeking a Lead Business Value Delivery Architect / Lead Solution Architect in the UK to drive end-to-end insurance solutions from sales through delivery and into SaaS and AI platform migration.

The role spans P&C, Life, and future Reinsurance, with a hybrid London or Cardiff model. You will own outcomes, define done, and ensure non-functional requirements are addressed up front.

Qualifications

• Experience designing or leading solution design in complex, enterprise insurance implementations.
• Ability to speak credibly to a head of claims and an engineer across P&C, Life, and Reinsurance.
• Strong on non functional and operational requirements: performance, scale, availability, security, integration, operability.
• Demonstrated ability to hold clients and internal teams to agreed business outcomes.
• Experience with legacy to SaaS or core platform migration.
• Comfortable operating in a function still being built; processes and tooling defined in parallel with first deals.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native platforms and Born-in-the-Cloud companies; SaaS delivery practices.
• Proficient in leveraging AI-driven tools and platforms to design, optimize, and scale enterprise solution architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own the solution end-to-end across value definition, delivery integrity, migration, and tooling.
• Engage during the sales cycle to frame the solution around business outcomes and map to platform delivery.
• Define done with the client and ensure non-functional/operational requirements are surfaced upfront.
• Harden the solution after signing and hand over a clear, documented design to the delivery team.
• Maintain engagement through quarterly business reviews to catch outcome drift early.
• Lead migration outcomes using the analyse, dispose, bridge, and migrate framework.
• Drive tooling, AI, and continuous improvement within the SA group and SaaS migration factory.
