Qualifications

• Highly organised, methodical and detail-focused with strong accuracy in recording and tracking information.
• Confident using data, research and sales tools to support targeted outreach activity.
• AI and technology native, with the ability to use agreed tools to improve speed, efficiency and accuracy of prospect research.
• Logical and analytical approach to identifying potential client fit and qualifying interest.
• Comfortable conducting new business outreach through both email and telephone follow-up.
• Persistent, professional and structured in managing campaign follow-up activity.

Responsibilities

• Research, profile and prioritise target sectors to identify potential government and private sector clients.
• Use approved sales tools, including AI-enabled research tools, to identify needs and contacts.
• Plan and execute targeted, sequenced email campaigns to generate new business conversations.
• Follow up outreach with structured phone calls to qualify interest and progress opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of campaign activity, prospect data, responses and outcomes.
• Track outreach performance and report against agreed KPIs.
• Qualify opportunities for handover to wider sales or business development teams.
• Support weekly and monthly sales department performance tracking and customer satisfaction surveys.
• Build knowledge of Intertek’s cybersecurity services through training and meetings.
