Qualifications

• Must have sales experience in business development or similar customer-facing roles in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
• Experience in HR, People Services, technology, SaaS, compliance or regulated services is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and ability to ask great questions and listen to customer needs.
• Comfortable using CRM systems to manage and track opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through inbound enquiries, outbound prospecting and targeted campaigns.
• Build strong prospect relationships and understand their needs.
• Lead discovery calls and qualify opportunities.
• Own and manage the pipeline and progress opportunities through the sales journey.
• Embrace AI and technology to improve conversion and customer experience.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure well-qualified opportunities are handed over smoothly.
