Job summary

Accenture seeks a leader to embed AI into process transformation, defining how data and agentic AI integrate with methodology across client engagements. You will coach senior practitioners, govern multi-agent architectures, and ensure deliverables meet design standards while collaborating with technology partners.

The role emphasizes executive communication, facilitation, and leading cross-domain teams to deliver scalable AI-enabled solutions in complex industries.

Qualifications

• Experience in process excellence, process redesign, or management consulting.
• Deep industry expertise in at least one domain (e.g., Banking/Capital Markets, Insurance, Software and Platforms, Communications and Media, High Tech, Health, Public Service, Life Sciences, Consumer Goods Retail and Travel, Industrial, Energy, Utilities or Chemical and Natural Resources).
• Experience managing and developing team members in a consulting environment.
• Proven track of building, evaluating, and scaling AI-enabled solutions into client work with the ability to explain how AI addresses business problems.
• Previously been facilitating client workshops and presenting to senior leadership.
• Strong executive communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Embed AI into future state design for clients and ways of working for the full workstream.
• Define integration of data, analytics, and agentic AI capabilities with process transformation methodology.
• Set information design and insight storytelling standards for analytical deliverables.
• Coach senior practitioners on multi-agent architecture concepts and GenAI evaluation standards.
• Define process redesign standards and governance across engagements.
• Manage client stakeholder facilitation activities and final process designs before delivery.
• Connect with technology and delivery partners to ensure alignment of process design and platform work.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
