Job summary

DentalMonitoring is a MedTech scale-up seeking an experienced Training & Implementation Specialist to onboard new customers and tailor workflows for orthodontic offices. You will train dental teams to use the DentalMonitoring suite and nurture customers to maximize AI dashboard benefits.

You will act as a technical bridge and collaborate with sales, success, and regional teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in dentistry and/or orthodontics or an equivalent degree.
• Strong consultative / solution-based sales experience.
• Experience in training and implementing software solutions for customers.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and create custom workflows for each office.
• Train clinicians and dental teams to use DentalMonitoring solutions.
• Nurture customers to maximize benefits of AI technology and dashboards.
• Build strong relationships and advocate for DentalMonitoring products.
• Serve as a technical bridge between customers and the platform.
• Support and attend local trade shows.
• Collaborate with regional teams to optimize the onboarding experience.
• Influence doctors and staff to adopt new protocols for the platform.
