Job summary

mydentist, the UK’s leading dental network, seeks a Clinical Development Advisor to drive digital workflow integration across the South West. You will train clinicians face-to-face and online, optimise workflows with the IOS manager, and monitor adoption KPIs to improve services and income.

The role is permanent and part-time (up to 3 days per week), requiring a driving licence for regional travel. Join a supportive team focused on innovation and excellence in digital dentistry.

Qualifications

• GDC registered clinician with digital dentistry background.
• Minimum 3 years’ digital dentistry experience with digital workflows.
• Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Willingness to train clinicians in digital scanning and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and integration of digital workflow technology.
• Provide comprehensive training on digital scanners and related software.
• Monitor KPIs on digital workflow adoption and identify opportunities for improvement.
