Job summary

Ormco is seeking a Digital Implementation Specialist to drive adoption of Spark Aligners in the UKI region. You will meet orthodontists and dental teams, providing consultative guidance on product usage, workflow integration, and marketing support.

Travel will be heavy (50%–70%), with 3 days per week in the field, to grow sales, onboard practices, and build strong customer partnerships while aligning with Envista’s values.

Qualifications

• Preferred BA/BSc degree or a qualified Dentist/Orthodontist/Orthodontic Therapist.
• 3+ years sales experience in MedTech or 5+ years in a Dental Practice with aligner products/workflows.
• Proficient in Excel and CRM systems for account management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person for Ormco Spark Aligners in your territory.
• Manage accounts with a consultative partnership on aligner strategy and growth.
• Grow market share by acquiring new prospects and showcasing Spark benefits.
• Lead L&L sessions and Study Clubs with KOLs to build brand awareness.
• Collaborate with Ormco Territory Managers to maximize customer experience.
• Travel across territory 50%–70% and support customers with problem solving.
