Job summary

ASOS, the online fashion retailer, seeks a senior commercial analytics leader to own profitable trading across markets, using data, commercial judgement and AI-enabled tools to identify opportunities and mobilise cross-functional teams.

You will shape market strategies, forecast performance, evaluate campaigns and ensure strong P&L management, partnering with Digital Trading, Pricing, Planning, Marketing, Finance, Product and Tech to deliver impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in ecommerce, retail trading or digital analytics.
• Ability to turn complex data into clear decisions and measurable outcomes.
• Strong commercial judgement and understanding of ecommerce drivers.
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity and making recommendations quickly.
• Influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Curious, action-oriented and focused on continuous improvement.
• Proficient Excel with SQL/BI tools desirable.
• Experience using AI/automation to improve productivity and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive profitable trading performance across assigned markets.
• Use data, commercial judgement and AI-enabled tools to identify opportunities and mobilise teams.
• Lead market forecasting, scenario planning and performance reviews.
• Shape market strategies and test-and-learn plans across product, pricing, promotion and customer experience.
• Partner with Digital Trading, Pricing, Planning, Marketing, Finance, Product and Technology to deliver outcomes.
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness with focus on profitable growth and reducing broad discounting.
• Maintain view of trends and implications for trade.
• Track actions with owners, measures and impact.
