Job summary

Optimove in London is seeking a Solutions Engineer to sit at the center of our EMEA sales cycles. You will lead tech calls, deliver product demos, perform integration deep-dives, and translate customer needs into tangible platform solutions.

You'll work across iGaming, ecommerce, retail, and financial services, applying your technical background to map our AI-powered MarTech to client goals, while collaborating with Data/Integration teams. This hybrid role requires presence in the London office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Strong technical foundation with APIs, integrations and data structures.
• Excellent communication with both engineers and non-technical audiences.
• Curiosity and willingness to use AI tools to work smarter.
• Self-driven and comfortable with ambiguity; able to manage multiple deals.

Responsibilities

• Lead tech calls, product demos, and integration discussions with new business cycles.
• Map Optimove solutions to customer needs with credibility for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support RFP/RFI responses and act as the go‑to technologist across the sales cycle.
• Create and refine demo assets and AI workflows used in customer engagements.
• Collaborate with Data and Integration teams to align frontend and backend views.
• Travel occasionally to conferences and client sites.
