Job summary

Global Enterprise Partners seeks a creative Learning Experience Designer with a proven track record of integrating AI into learning solutions and operations. You will partner with stakeholders to diagnose performance gaps and design learner-centered solutions that deliver measurable business impact.

You will design engaging content using Articulate Storyline/Rise, Synthesia, and AI-powered tools, collaborating with SMEs and business leaders to co-create scalable, personalized learning

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience integrating AI into learning solutions and learning operations, with examples of measurable business impact.
• Good experience applying generative AI and AI-powered learning technologies within instructional design, learning experience design, talent development, or related environments.
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline and/or Rise.
• Experience using Synthesia or similar AI video generation platforms.
• Comfortable using AI tools to enhance learning design, content creation, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Apply Design Thinking to solve learning and performance challenges.
• Partner with stakeholders to diagnose performance gaps and recommend effective solutions.
• Design and develop engaging learning content using Articulate Storyline/Rise, Synthesia, and AI-powered tools.
• Build strong relationships with SMEs and business leaders to co-create learning solutions.
• Leverage AI to enhance content creation, personalization, and learner engagement.
• Continuously explore new learning technologies, trends, and best practices.
