Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Learning Experience Designer (LXD) to spearhead AI-native learning solutions for thousands of European vendors. You will design content across elearning, video, and job aids, embedding intelligence directly where vendors work and surfacing the right content at the right moment.

You’ll apply learning theory, product thinking, and AI to create scalable, multilingual experiences that reduce errors and accelerate vendor growth.

Qualifications

• Basic Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL proficiency.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Ability to define program requirements and use data to improve outcomes.
• Experience in program or project management.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation.
• Experience defining and executing program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning across eLearning, video, job aids, playlists, and in-tool content.
• Choose formats and channels to maximize impact with minimal friction.
• Translate complex vendor processes into clear, multilingual learning content.
• Design learning products with embedded guidance and modular components.
• Work with AI to draft, localize, and scale content.
• Structure content with metadata for AI tools and platforms.
• Lead scoping sessions with SMEs and manage review cycles.
• Drive adoption and maintain content freshness across the portfolio.
• Inform requirements for Vendor Central integrations with central tech teams.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects from needs analysis to launch.
