Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Learning Experience Designer (LXD) to craft AI-native learning solutions for European vendors. You will produce multimodal content and embed learning within vendor workflows, personalizing delivery across marketplaces and languages using AI.

You will translate complex vendor processes into accessible content, collaborate with central tech teams, and drive continuous improvement across your portfolio. Strong Excel/SQL and program management experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel proficiency including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs.
• SQL knowledge for data querying and analysis.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Ability to define program requirements and use data to drive improvements.
• Experience in program or project management.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop across multiple modalities: eLearning, video, job aids, playlists, and in-tool content.
• Translate complex vendor processes into clear, multilingual learning content across Europe.
• Design learning products with AI-enabled personalization and adaptive paths.
• Collaborate with AI tooling, central tech teams and Vendor Central integrations.
• Manage multiple projects from needs analysis through launch and iteration.
