Job summary

R/GA EMEA in London is seeking a Senior Experience Designer to shape intuitive, AI-enabled experiences across brands. You’ll work with strategy, technology, and client teams to turn insights into innovative product journeys and scalable design systems.

You’ll lead craft-driven UX work, advocate inclusive design, and push the boundaries of AI-powered interfaces, contributing to new standards in an evolving digital landscape.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in UX, product, service or interaction design.
• Portfolio with thoughtful, real-world design solutions and thinking behind them.
• Strong understanding of accessibility and inclusive design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the UX design on products, services and platforms across a range of industries.
• Explore how AI-powered interactions can deliver more human experiences.
• Design experiences that evolve and adapt to human interactions.
• Use generative technology to concept, prototype, and test ideas.
• Translate research into clear user flows, wireframes, and design systems.
• Collaborate with visual designers, strategists, technologists and clients.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborative working sessions.
• Present and rationalise design decisions to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to how we build, lead and evolve design teams at R/GA.
