Job summary

Meticulous is hiring the first GTM Operator, working directly with the Chief of Staff and CEO to accelerate revenue. You’ll drive growth across sales, revops, marketing and customer success, learning how to build a scalable GTM engine for developers.

This role isn’t a strategy position; there is no team beneath you, and you’ll own hands-on execution across projects and experiments to prove what works.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience in a fast paced environment (early stage startup, hypergrowth scaleup, MBB consulting, FAANG, Tier 1 bank or similar foundation)
• Bonus if you’ve been an early employee (< #20) at a tech startup or have a STEM degree from a Tier 1 university

Responsibilities

• Own outbound sequences, write and manage newsletter sponsorships, run Google and Reddit ads
• Organize engineering events (dinners, drinks, panels) in NY, London and SF, sponsor relevant OSS projects
• Run conferences, sponsor billboards in SF, grow a LinkedIn following of developers, own G2 reviews
• Create landing pages, produce customer case studies, create viral product launch videos
• Improve the tracking and metrics foundations across sales and marketing so we know what’s working
