Qualifications

• 2–4 Years in the Trenches: You’ve managed significant monthly spends and have the receipts to prove your success.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
• Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, YouTube, Demand Gen)
• Experience managing campaigns on Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads)
• Experience with GA4, GTM, and tracking pixels
• Strong analytical skills with Excel/Sheets
• Experience running A/B tests and interpreting campaign performance data

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Bing Ads
• Build campaign structures including ad sets, audiences, ad groups, creatives, and bidding strategies
• Design and run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and audience segments
• Manage budgets and pacing to maximize ROI and scale profitable campaigns
