Job summary

Cogna, an AI-powered platform transforming complex workflows, seeks a Solutions Director to join the Go-To-Market leadership. You will drive new business and expand strategic partnerships with enterprise customers, shaping value propositions and ensuring successful deployments of our solutions.

You will lead a team of Solutions Strategists and Analysts, manage senior client relationships across industries, and occasionally contribute hands-on to platform delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related STEM field.
• 10+ years solving complex client problems with customizable software/product.
• Experience leading high-performance teams, including hiring, resourcing, and performance management.
• Experience leading complex £Multi‑Million enterprise accounts at multiple stages (pre-sales, post-sales, expansion).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
• Proven ownership of end-to-end workstreams and creating playbooks.
• Experience writing code, leveraging AI, and manipulating data.
• Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments with multiple accounts and ambiguity.
• Experience in utilities/energy/manufacturing/construction is a bonus.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and oversee deployments.

Responsibilities

• Client Strategy: Work with senior partners to turn challenges into executable strategy and drive new business.
• Account Leadership: Run complex accounts and drive growth with cross-team collaboration.
• Solution Ratification: Coach teams on best practices and ensure a product-focused approach delivering value.
• Relationship Management: Build strong internal relationships across Exec, GTM and engineering.
• Industry Expertise: Stay updated on trends to inform strategic decisions and tech advances.
• Team Leadership: Manage Solutions Strategists and Analysts toward growth and high performance.
• Get Hands On: occasionally contribute to platform work as needed.
