Job summary

Cogna is seeking a Solutions Analyst to work with major enterprise accounts, driving discovery and delivery of precision software solutions. You will decompose problems, apply data and technical expertise, and maintain client-facing diplomacy to ensure value delivery.

You will participate in end-to-end project lifecycles, from seeking opportunities to definition, delivery and deployment, blending skills from Forward Deployed Engineering, Deployment Strategists, Customer Success and Value

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field.
At least two years of proven experience solving client problems using software/product.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders.
Experience writing code, using AI-enabled IDEs, and manipulating data.
Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple projects.
Experience in utilities, energy, manufacturing, or construction is a bonus.
Willingness to travel to meet clients and oversee deployments.
