Cogna is seeking a Solutions Analyst to join our team in London. You will engage with enterprise clients to understand their challenges, map critical processes, and translate them into Cogna-powered solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate with engineering and solutions teams to ensure delivery aligns with product strategy and client objectives. The role requires 2+ years solving client problems with software, strong analytics, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related STEM field.
• At least two years solving client problems using software or products.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to handle complex problems under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities across diverse stakeholders.
• Experience writing code and manipulating data with AI-enabled tools.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and drive initiatives under ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with clients to understand challenges and map objectives.
• Build internal relationships across solutions, engineering and other teams.
• Define and deliver suitable Cogna platform solutions with a product-focused approach.
• Provide training and ongoing support post-deployment to maximize value.
• Maintain industry awareness in utilities, energy, manufacturing and construction sectors.
