Job summary

C3 AI is hiring Directors/Senior Directors, Strategic Solutions. This quota-carrying sales role will involve targeting and selling high-value AI use cases and AI application roadmaps to global customers.

You will work with senior management to drive digital transformation and contribute to strategic engagements across industries. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to extend the client footprint, manage engagement plans, and leverage your network to accelerate enterprise adoption of

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, science, computer science, or related technical field. MBA preferred.
• Prior sales experience in SaaS and/or management consulting.
• Strong enterprise network to access potential buyers in large organizations.
• Experience with AI/ML and generative AI tools (e.g., Claude).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with global 1000 customers to help them understand, structure, and implement their digital transformation strategies resulting into sales.
• Engage in strategic relationships with customers to assure the realization of their digital transformation goals and expand the client footprint.
• Develop, maintain, and manage the implementation of strategic customer engagement plans.
• Manage efforts to research and identify customer prospects and targets.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, products, and marketing teams to develop new product offerings within existing and new lines of business.
• Represent C3 AI by driving business development with company alliance partners.
• Personally engage in strategic account selling, business development, and ongoing customer success.
• Travel to customer sites up to 50% of the time (or more) depending on business needs.
